Travel Assistant Team Lead

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury travel company renowned for curating bespoke, premium, and unforgettable journeys throughout New Zealand.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected and rapidly growing luxury travel brand that has earned an exceptional reputation within the premium travel industry. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a skilled administrator with the confidence and capability to step into a leadership role.

Previous administration experience is essential, experience within the travel industry would be an advantage! In this pivotal position, you will oversee the behind-the-scenes operational workflow, acting as a central point of coordination to ensure processes run seamlessly and the wider team is fully supported.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business systems/software; experience with Tourwriter is highly desirable.
