Our client provide accounting, tax, business advisory and business management services nationwide throughout New Zealand and they are now on the lookout for a tax administrator to join their bustling accounting firm. This is an amazing opportunity to work within a well renowned company and alongside some of the industries best.
You will play a pivotal role within this busy accounts team assisting with tax administration adding value and support to the company and their clients in an efficient, timely and professional manner – we guarantee no 2 days will be the same!
Ideally coming from a finance background with tax knowledge, you will be highly organised, able to multi task and have a willingness to learn.

Key Duties;
- Assisting general manager with daily duties
- Manage tax system for the organisation
- Recording and reviewing tax transactions from IRD
- Reconciliations
- Lodging of tax returns through Xero
- IRD number registrations
- General administrative tasks
About you;
- Experience in accounts / tax
- Organised
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Team player
- Proficient using Xero
- Energetic and up for a challenge!
