The most fulfilling part of recruitment is interacting with a diverse range of people, building relationships, and making a positive impact. There’s nothing more satisfying than connecting the right candidate with a role that aligns with their skills and aspirations, while also meeting the needs of my clients.

I enjoy working at Quinn Recruitment because I love what I do and feel lucky to be part of a supportive, family-like team that makes my recruitment journey a positive experience. The team’s encouragement motivates me to come to work each day, and finding purpose in my role is the extra bonus!

Always remember that success isn’t just about finding the right person for the job – it’s about matching candidates with the right role and company for them. Both are crucial for long-term success.
Where will we find you most weekends?
Outside of work, I love spending my weekends going on walks, hosting BBQs with friends, and doing lots of shopping.
