Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to oversee operations from their East Auckland office. As Membership Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Board and Council to deliver on the strategic goals of a national membership organisation, while also leading and supporting the local team.
This position serves as a critical link between governance, members, and the wider industry. If you’re looking to step into a new sector while maintaining a leadership focus, this could be your next move in your career.
Your new role:
Lead and support staff to ensure smooth and effective day-to-day operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partner organisations
Oversee the website, marketing initiatives, and communications to enhance membership visibility and engagement
Work alongside the Board and Council to implement strategies and policies

What you’ll bring:
Experience within membership organisations, not-for-profit sectors, or professional services environments desirable
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Legal industry experience is advantageous but defiantly not essential
