An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-known, highly respected law firm in Auckland CBD as a Legal Secretary within their busy Property team.
This role is perfect for an experienced and seasoned legal secretary who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term position where their expertise is truly valued.
About the Role:
• Preparing and formatting complex legal documents
• Extensive dictation work, including large documents, multiple versions, comparisons, and handwritten amendments
• Managing billing processes and preparing standard terms of engagement letters
• Providing high-level administrative support to legal professionals

What You’ll Bring:
• Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within property law
• Strong dictation and document management skills
• Understanding of iManage and or Infinity Law is an advantage
