Your new role carries multiple responsibilities that include;
· Providing fund seekers guidance on funding framework and programmes
· Conducting initial reviews of funding requests
· Resolving funding and grant enquiries through channels that include website, chatbot, email, phone calls and in person meetings
· Documenting and reporting funding
· Reviewing and actioning funding
· Problem solving and solution finding when grant issues arise
· Active engagement in internal projects
Your skills;
· You will be a team player who works with integrity, accuracy and cultural competency
· You will be a multi tasker, a problem solver, and a solution seeker
· You will be adaptable to new ways of working
You will work alongside a team of people who are deeply committed to the organisations mission. You will have experience with CRM systems and advanced MS Word and Excel.
