Our client is a highly respected and successful travel organisation operating across Australia and New Zealand. They are looking for a FIT Reservations Consultant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with travel experience or recent graduate looking to grow their career. You’ll work with international travel partners, managing bookings efficiently while delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Deliver same-day responses while prepare accurate, competitive travel quotes
· Manage reservations in Tourplan, ensuring pricing and booking accuracy
· Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to deliver tailored travel solutions

Would Appeal To:
• Previous experience in inbound reservations, FIT, or travel consulting is a bonus
• Experience with European and/or North American markets is highly regarded
• Knowledge of Tourplan or similar reservation systems preferred
• Tourism or Travel qualification advantageous
