We are partnering exclusively with a family-owned and operated storage facility business that has been serving customers for over 20 years. They are looking for someone to join their team for one day a week and become part of their close-knit, supportive team.

What you’ll be doing;
- Responding to customer enquiries and converting enquiries into sales
- Checking customers in and out, processing payments and handling general administration
- Providing outstanding customer service to both new and existing customers
- Supporting daily operations including stock control, security procedures and routine facility checks

- A confident and computer-savvy individual who enjoys dealing with people and providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills that’s comfortable speaking with customers in person, by phone and via email
- Can attend a paid 10-day training programme within the first 2-3 weeks (flexibility around days and times)
