Looking for your next short-term challenge? We’re on the hunt for a superstar Temporary Personal Assistant to support a dynamic director for a 2-month assignment starting on 8th July.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a passionate not-for-profit organisation where no two days are the same. If you thrive in a fast-paced, varied role and love keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the director’s calendar and appointments

  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders

  • Handling general administrative tasks

  • Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the office

This is a diverse role that will keep you on your toes! You’ll be the go-to person in a supportive, close-knit team environment.

Ideal for someone who:

  • Has previous PA or administrative experience

  • Is organised, proactive, and adaptable

  • Can hit the ground running
