Our client is looking for a confident and personable customer service representative to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential for the role to become permanent. Your new role:
- Start ASAP on an ongoing basis
- A diverse customer service role that includes customer facing, telephone and email communication
- Manage invoices start to finish
- Liaise with stakeholders and other internal teams
What we’re looking for:
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling and revolving issues with a professional approach
- Reliable, proactive and ready to hit the ground running
- Availability Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with one Saturday morning a month
