Accounts and Payroll Officer
Hi I’m Sasha – I manage the payroll, accounts payables and receivables and have been in this role with Quinn for over five and a half years with some maternity leave and covid lockdown breaks thrown in along the way.
How would you describe your role?
Essential (Ha-ha), everyone loves to get paid and I am the person to do it. I make sure all the permanent and temporary staff are paid on time, along with raising the invoices to our clients and working through any queries or issues that pop up along the way.
What do you feel makes Quinn Recruitment a great place to work?
The people, everyone is so friendly and motivated in their roles. Noone takes themselves too seriously, the team are all approachable and willing to help if needed.
Tell us something about yourself?
I moved to London in my early 20’s without any accounts experience and got a temp role working in HR which ended up with me helping out the accounts team and slowly working my way up over the years. Taking that original temp role was the best career decision I made and ultimately gave me the job opportunities I have had over the years.
Where will we find you most weekends?
Hanging out with my Family. If we aren’t attending a children’s birthday party, we are out and about trying to burn off as much energy as possible and catching up with friends.
