Recruitment Team Leader
Hi, I’m Rachel. I currently have a dual role at Quinn – managing our Temp division and also finding great people for the Insurance sector.
What do you enjoy most about working in recruitment?
I enjoy the variety and connection with people the most. Everyday offers the chance to learn about different industries and jobs. Recruitment isn’t just about filling a vacancy – it’s about building relationships, understanding peoples potential and creating opportunities that benefit both the individual and the organisation.
What do you bring to client and candidate relationships?
I strive to build trust on both sides by being approachable, honest and dedicated to making sure both the candidates and the client’s needs are met in the best way possible.

Quinn is a great place to work because I get to work and collaborate with dedicated, likeminded people every day. We share ideas, work hard, have fun and support each other – unless we are playing ping pong in our boardroom, that gets very competitive!
What is your top recruiting tip?
If you are in between jobs or not sure what the next step is, consider temping. It is a great way to earn some money whilst you are on your job search, upskill and try new things. People think that if they temp, they will miss out on permanent opportunities but a lot of my temps are looking for permanent roles and being a part of my temp team is enabling them to gain more skills and stand out from other job seekers.
Where will we find you most weekends?
With my dog Patch, either at the beach, one of his favourite dog parks or playing with his ball in the garden. Followed by a coffee at a café, then cheering on the Warriors or another sports game.
