You’ll be stepping into a leadership role
where your ideas matter. This isn’t about maintaining the status quo —

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Managing a team of dedicated motor claims handlers (and helping
them thrive)
- Overseeing the entire claims process — from FNOL to settlement
- Handling escalations and complex cases with confidence and
fairness
- Working closely with external repair networks, legal teams, and
underwriters
- Tracking performance, spotting trends, and improving efficiency
- Making sure everything runs smoothly and stays compliant
