Our client is recognised for their national and international work and is expanding its team. They are seeking an experienced PA to support three high-performing partners, while also providing broader assistance to the wider corporate team.

Your new role:

  • Providing full PA support to partners and senior team members (diary, inbox, and travel management)

  • Document preparation and efficient file management

  • Managing monthly billing processes and client engagement requirements

  • Coordinating AML and compliance tasks to national/international standards

  • Communicating confidently with clients and stakeholders on behalf of partners

What you will need to succeed:

  • Experience in PA/EA duties such as diary management, scheduling, and coordination

  • Strong communication skills

  • Previous experience in a corporate or professional services environment
