In this position, you will provide comprehensive HR generalist support and play a key role in coordinating learning and development activities across the organisation.

Your new role:

• Providing hands-on HR administrative support across the organisation

• Assisting with recruitment: advertising roles, screening applicants, interviewing and completing reference checks

• Coordinating learning and development activities and employee recognition initiatives

• Preparing and maintaining employment documentation ensuring everything stays up to date with employment legislation

• Supporting onboarding and offboarding and managing staff communications and wellbeing initiatives

We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have:

• Proven HR administration experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes

• Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain accurate HR records

• Familiarity with NZ employment law and employment contracts
