About the Role;
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Early 2026 start date
- Nine-month temporary assignment
- Work closely with the HR team to deliver high-quality support across the employee lifecycle
- Assist with learning and development coordination and related administration
- Prepare, update and maintain employment documentation
- Support the recruitment process, including advertising roles, screening candidates, interviewing and completing reference checks
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, as well as employee recognition and celebration initiatives
We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have:
- Proven HR administration experience
• Experience supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
• Ability to maintain HR records and assist with reporting - Familiarity with NZ employment law and employment contracts
