Key to success will be your ability to be strategic and hands on – driving operational efficiency, leading technology change initiatives and overseeing the customer service team.
Your new role includes;
Lead change initiatives creating consistent customer services systems and digital processes
Drive continuous improvements contributing to systems development projects
Support, coach, mentor and develop a high performing customer service policy administration team
Build a customer service framework that promotes excellence, accountability and a forward-thinking customer experience
You;
Are a recognised Customer Services Manager
Are known for your leadership innovation and results
Bachelor’s degree essential
Are comfortable with digital platforms and AI assisted service tasks
