Key to success will be your ability to be strategic and hands on – driving operational efficiency, leading technology change initiatives and overseeing the customer service team.
Your new role includes;
· Lead change initiatives creating consistent customer services systems and digital processes
· Drive continuous improvements contributing to systems development projects
· Support, coach, mentor and develop a high performing customer service policy administration team
· Build a customer service framework that promotes excellence, accountability and a forward-thinking customer experience
You;
· Are a recognised Customer Services Manager within Insurance
· Are known for your leadership innovation and results
· Understand the nuances that drive customer relationships
· Are comfortable with digital platforms and AI assisted service tasks
