Connection Matters

Connection in a workplace does not always need to feel like one big happy family all being on the same page all the time. We are human beings. We have different ideas and different perspectives. Connectivity can be as simple as good chemistry and sharing knowledge. When we feel connected to our work we don’t just do good work – we do great work and the more connected we are the more efficient and fun our workplaces are.
