A positive attitude isn’t something you can get a degree in, but it is something you absolutely need to look for when hiring. A positive attitude very often brings a collaborative spirit, an open-mindedness, a flexible approach and a proactive attitude towards taking responsibility and problem-solving. Skills are important but they are usually easy to polish. Attitude on the other hand is everything.
