A People First Culture makes sense to me. Putting people first should be front and centre stage of every modern businesses’ strategy. The magic ingredient of a high performing business is having a culture that puts people first. As the recovery takes off and finding great people becomes competitive, I believe a people first culture will differentiate many businesses from the rest.
When you build your company with people at the forefront of your mind, you build a successful business. It is after all people that make a business. When people feel valued, they work with stronger motivation. They go the extra mile because they want to contribute to a company that cares about them.
People must come first. People must be a company’s most valuable asset. When every company on the planet starts realising that they are in the people business too – what an amazing world we will be in.
