Our client is a respected and highly successful travel companies operating across Australia and New Zealand. They are seeking an experienced Team Leader, in their FIT Reservations team to oversee the day-to-day operations of their reservations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a travel professional with strong FIT consulting experience who enjoys leading people, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What you’ll be doing:
· Lead and support the reservations team and overseeing daily operations
· Coach team members, manage bookings, amendments, cancellations, and quotations
· Resolve customer and operational issues, maintaining strong client and supplier relationships.

Would appeal to:
