This is a 6-month PAYE temporary assignment (not an independent contractor role).
Ideal for a Junior to Intermediate Business/Process Analyst with insurance experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyse and review current business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Map end-to-end processes and document workflows (current and future state)
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Recommend and design process improvements, including streamlining and automation
- Support implementation and ensure changes align with business goals
- Partner with teams to maintain quality standards and deliver strong outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience in process improvement roles
- Experience within the Insurance Industry essential
- Strong process mapping skills (Visio or similar tools)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- Experience with SharePoint
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
