6-month assignment – potential to go perm
Mt Wellington location – close to public transport
Are you inquisitive?
Are you a good problem solver with negotiating skills?
Working closely with the team you will be initiating and managing the recovery of debt in order to get better results for the company.
You will be managing your own portfolio of collections:
Negotiating the settlement of outstanding debts
Liaising with solicitors and implementing legal action when required
Attending Disputes Tribunals
Participating in continuous improvements initiatives and more
Key to the role will be your ability to build relationships with customers and the claims team. Ideally you will come from an Insurance, Collections or Financial Services background.
