It’s also a global industry – if you are good, you’ll always have the possibility to excel offshore.
I often hear that a degree is essential for an insurance career – this is not the case. Much can be learned with the right mindset and attitude and a healthy dose of ambition. For many people in the industry, their education has been within the industry.
