This pivotal leadership position is responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering on the strategic objectives of a national legal membership organisation.

Your new role:
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure effective delivery of organisational goals
Work closely with the Board and Council to implement strategic plans and policies
Oversee membership services, regional engagement, and organisation-wide communications
Provide leadership to staff while maintaining strong financial, compliance, and reporting practices
Represent the organisation externally, building positive relationships with members, partners, and the public

What You’ll Need to Succeed
Proven organisational leadership experience, ideally within membership organisations, not-for-profit sectors, or professional services environments
Confidence in working with and communicating effectively to governance groups such as boards, committees, or councils
Experience within the legal industry is preferred but not essential
