Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Managing a team of dedicated motor claims handlers (and helping them thrive).
Overseeing the entire claims process — from FNOL to settlement.
Handling escalations and complex cases with confidence and fairness.
Working closely with external repair networks, legal teams, and underwriters.
Tracking performance, spotting trends, and improving efficiency.
Making sure everything runs smoothly and stays compliant.
