You’ll be stepping into a leadership role where your ideas matter. This isn’t about maintaining the status quo — it’s about improving processes, developing people, and delivering customer outcomes that actually make a difference.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Managing a team of dedicated motor claims handlers (and helping them thrive)
  • Overseeing the entire claims process — from FNOL to settlement
  • Handling escalations and complex cases with confidence and fairness
  • Working closely with external repair networks, legal teams, and underwriters
  • Tracking performance, spotting trends, and improving efficiency
  • Making sure everything runs smoothly and stays compliant

What you’ll bring:

·         Leadership experience

·         Know how to balance operational performance with great customer outcomes

·         Are confident making high-value decisions and managing complexity

·         A strong grip on motor insurance processes and relevant regulations
