Permanent (Full-Time) Position
Based in the Auckland CBD, you will be working within a fast-paced and dynamic team. Having experienced rapid growth over the last few years, they have now established themselves as a market leader in the industry and are showing no signs of slowing down!
Your new role:
Your aim will be to assist in providing an excellent level of service to customers, ensuring efficiency across internal departments. You will be responsible for:
- The management of all quote activities ensuring clients’ expectations are met
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless running of the quoting system
- Managing customer expectations
More about you:
- Enthusiasm for what you do
- An ability to be proactive when it comes to problem solving
- An ability to look outside of the box to find solutions
- Confidence in liaising and engaging with others
- An outgoing, positive attitude
- Experience in quote/queue management and Insurance preferred, however not essential
