Your new role:

·         Manage end-to-end motor insurance claims

·         Assess claims and policy coverage

·         Communicate with customers, internal teams and key stakeholders

·         Maintain claim files and documentation

·         Proven experience as a Claims Handler or Claims Case Manager, ideally in motor claims

·         Confident working across multiple systems with a high level of data accuracy
