Your new role:
Oversee daily workflow including bookings, quotes, amendments, and client communication
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Group Consultants through coaching, training, and regular one-on-ones
Build and maintain strong relationships with key New Zealand suppliers, including negotiation and product quality control
Ensure consistent profitability, timely invoicing, accurate documentation, and smooth group finalisation
Collaborate with management and contribute insights, reporting, and process improvements

What you’ll need to succeed:
Previous leadership or team management experience preferred
Strong knowledge of New Zealand travel product and Tourplan
Experience handling the Western markets
Ability to motivate a team, drive performance, and deliver customer excellence
