What will your new role be?
·
Assisting with customer queries
·
Managing end to end claims
·
Liaising between 3rd party insurers,
brokers and lawyers
·
Preparing cases for dispute tribunals
About you;
·
Knowledge of the motor industry
·
Experience in insurance motor claims
·
Proven customer service skills
·
Ability to plan and prioritise tasks
