Be valued for your input and ability to enhance partner relationships. As a service member of the client’s management team, you will be managing the operations growth and quality of services available to their Broker Business partners.


You will monitor market trends, advise on strategy, drive performance, deliver a competitive advantage and grow business partnerships.


Whilst this is an autonomous role, you will be working in an environment of sharing and free flow of creative ideas.


What does this role involve?

  • Managing operations and promoting the brand and services to Broker partners
  • Running educational workshops
  • Exploring IT enhancements
  • Monitoring all risk and compliances
  • Identifying new markets and opportunities for growth
  • Promoting and delivering a culture of excellence and a “can do” attitude
  • Working alongside the CEO recommending procedural enhancements
  • Driving financial performance, delivering budget, revenue and profit
