Our client is a nationally and internationally recognised firm and they have two Legal PA opportunities. These roles will see you supporting high-performing partners while also assisting the wider teams.
You do not need to come from a legal background to succeed in this role. Strong PA or EA experience with a corporate profession is key – however, experience within litigation or commercial law will be highly regarded.

Your new role will include:
• Providing full PA support to partners and senior team members (diary, inbox, and travel management)
• Document preparation and efficient file management
• Managing monthly billing processes and client engagement requirements
• Coordinating AML and compliance tasks to national and international standards
• Confidently communicating with clients and key stakeholders on behalf of partners
What you’ll bring:
• Proven experience in a PA or EA role (within a corporate environment)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience in a corporate or professional services environment
• Exposure to litigation or commercial law is a bonus, but not a requirement
