A day in the life in your new role:
- Implementing and driving strategies to grow the business
- Managing workflows, staff performance, quality control, sales targets and training and development
- Reporting into the Directors (monthly management and activity reports)
- Managing new commercial business, renewals, quotes, certificates, endorsements and claims
- Experienced Broker or extensive experience within the fire and general space
- Staff management/leadership background
- Proven ability in managing teams to achieve and exceed targets
- A personable but professional approach to staff management
