Key responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of claims
- Building and fostering strong relationships with both customers and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborating with the claims management team on the development of projects, initiatives etc.
About you:
- Previous experience in Commercial Property Claims is required
- Demonstrate a customer focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office software
