Your day to day:

• Processing renewals, new business, cancellations, and alterations
• Assisting customers and clients end-to-end through our processes
• Providing support to their broker team 

To be successful you will bring:

• Proven experience in the Insurance industry
• Preferably hold or studying towards a Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services
• Intermediate Microsoft suite skills
• Excellent communication skills
