This well-known New Zealand owned and operated Marine distribution company is looking for an Accounts/Office Administrator to join their team!


This is not your average role!


Not only will you be representing the company as the first point of contact for clients and customers, you will be involved in a wide variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable 
  • Credit Control
  • Customer Service
  • Administration support to the factory team
  • Payroll duties
  • Processing sales orders

There is an opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic candidate to learn all key administrative areas within a business!


In order to be considered you will need to have:

  • Experience in a similar role in Administration and Accounts
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and a good sense of humour
  • Willingness to adapt to a wide variety of tasks- a can-do mentality is a must!
