Accounts Administrator

Permanent (Part-Time) Position 

  • Play a key role with a New Zealand owned and operated Broker
  • Part Time role – 32 hours a week!
  • CBD location

This crucial position will provide a key support function within a busy Insurance team based in the heart of Auckland CBD. Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator with a flair for numbers to take ownership this role. This will be a busy and challenging role ideally suited to a person who has an eye for detail and numbers along with the ability to problem solve and pick up on errors.

The role:

  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • General Ledger
  • Tax Returns

What we are looking for: 

  • Previous experience within Accounts
  • Someone who thrives in a close-knit social team environment
  • Experience with MYOB preferred but not essential
  • Ability to produce accurate work to meet deadlines
  • A positive, hard-working attitude
