Reception/Office Support

Permanent (Full-Time) Positions

At Ando, we’re taking a fresh approach to the way insurance works in New Zealand and are leading the way to an exciting new future. We’re looking for an exceptional Office Support/Receptionist to join our hard-working and fast-growing team.


Based in our Princes Wharf office, you will be the face of our business acting as the first point of contact for all clients and visitors. So we need a highly motivated, positive person with an approachable manner, and ideally a sense of humour.


Our environment is fast-paced and ever changing, so you will need great time management and organisational skills, and the ability to problem solve.


This role will be varied and is crucial to the smooth running of our dynamic team.

Day-to-day this role will include (but not limited to) the following responsibilities:
  • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Directing and transferring calls
  • Coordinating meetings and attendees
  • Arranging travel bookings for staff
  • Providing administrative support for the Office Manager and wider team as required.

You will have:
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • The ability to engage well with colleagues, clients, and other external contacts – at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage your individual workload whilst contributing to the team’s success
  • 1 + years’ experience in a customer facing administration role or similar
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and systems savvy
