Based in the Auckland CBD, we are looking for a dedicated and switched on Receptionist/Administrator to join a busy and hard-working team.


The role: 

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Supporting a small team with administration duties including typing and proofing documents
  • Maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Setting up meeting rooms

About you:

  • Previous Reception and Administration experience
  • Computer savvy – Microsoft Office and Outlook are the main systems you will be working on
  • A welcoming manner over the phone and in person
  • Proactive approach – willing to help out with additional tasks as required
