Reception/Administrator

Permanent (Full-Time) Positions

This is a great opportunity for you if you pride yourself on being a valuable and reliable face of a business! This role will be varied, where no two days are the same. You will be the first point of contact for clients over the phone and in the office.

The Role:

  • Greeting clients
  • Managing events e.g. catering, room bookings etc.
  • Answering phone calls
  • Sorting and distributing incoming correspondence
  • Banking duties
  • Assisting with PowerPoint presentations and formatting
  • Agenda compilation


To be considered, you must have:

  • A high level of comfort utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
  • An ability to pick up new skills with ease
  • A positive disposition and personality
  • A proactive approach to daily tasks
