Office Administrator

Permanent (Full-Time) Position

You will be working with and assisting a close team of Insurance professionals who are determined to deliver the highest standards of excellence in their products, services and technology.

Your responsibilities:

As well as providing support to management, the wider team and customers. You will be assisting with all administration in regards to their motor vehicle policies.

Some of your main duties will include:

  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Assisting with customer queries
  • Updating motor vehicle policies
  • Sending out renewal packs
  • Assisting with credit control and overdue invoices

What are we looking for?

If you have some knowledge of insurance or a keen interest to learn about insurance, as well as a positive and willing attitude then we want to hear from you!

Ideally you will also have a strong administration background and a professional and pleasant phone manner
