Office Co-ordinator

Permanent (Full-Time) Position

Play a key role supporting the NZ team of this Global Brand. This is a truly varied and fast paced role where you will provide administration support to the wider team and assist with co-ordinating office events, product launches and promotional activities. You will never be bored.

Your day will include:

  • Front of house (reception)
  • Promotional and office events co-ordination
  • IT-start up support for new starters
  • Travel administration
  • Co-ordinating all meeting rooms and catering when needed
