Customer/Policy Administrator

Permanent (Full-Time) Position

Our client is currently in growth mode and they are looking for enthusiastic professional to join their team.

The role:

  • Processing policy applications requests for changes
  • Handling inbound queries from customers
  • Following up on missing policy documentation
  • General administration tasks

What we are looking for:

This role is all about work ethic, a great attitude and a love of dealing with people. The team work hard and love what they do. If you come from a customer service background have Insurance experience or an interest in building a career then we would love to hear from you!
