Client Services Coordinator

Permanent (Full-Time) Position

Our well-known client is looking for a Client Services Co-ordinator to join their Auckland team. This company is focused on providing a supportive working environment for their staff, with ongoing career development opportunities.

This role will involve:

  • Providing support to the client services team
  • Liaising with external parties on behalf of clients
  • Preparing client files and managing client invoicing
  • Administration duties
  • Working in a team environment

This position will require:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Dictaphone experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of the financial planning and/or accounting process
