An excellent opportunity for a Broker Administrator has become available within a growing insurance company based in Ponsonby.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team with a supportive and understanding manager.

This role will suit you if you are currently working in a similar role in the industry, or if you are a very strong administrator with an interest in insurance.


What will your new role involve?

  • Managing customer queries, providing excellent customer service
  • Claims handling- working alongside clients, insurers and brokers
  • Maintaining client databases
  • Providing general administration support
