Permanent (Part-Time) Position

This crucial position will provide a key support function within a busy specialist training academy team based in the heart of Auckland CBD. Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator with a flair for organisation to take ownership this role. This will be a busy and challenging role ideally suited to a person who has an eye for detail and time management along with the ability to problem solve and pick up on errors.

The role:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Payroll
  • Financial Management Support

What we are looking for: 

  • Previous experience within an Accounting environment
  • Someone who thrives in a close-knit social team environment
  • Ability to produce accurate work to meet deadlines
  • A positive, hard-working attitude
  • Experience with MYOB preferred but not essential
