Office Administrator

Permanent (Full-Time) Position

  • Downtown Auckland location – close to public transport
  • Monday to Friday – no weekends!
  • A corporate and supportive team

Our client is a leading specialist in the corporate and commercial legal spheres and they are looking for their next star receptionist! Based downtown, the company is a stone’s throw from main public transport routes as well as the scenic Viaduct Harbour.

Whilst legal experience is preferred it is not essential – the successful candidate will instead have a willingness to learn and use initiative in this varied and busy role.

The successful candidate will: 

  • Have strong office and administration skills
  • Have a positive and friendly nature
  • Be efficient in prioritizing tasks
  • Have outstanding presentation

Key duties include but are not limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Managing the filing and photocopying of documents
  • Kitchen duties
  • Managing couriers and all post
