Workflow Coordinator

Our client is growing rapidly. Because of this, they are bringing on a highly innovative, state of the art system where the focus is on improving customer relationships through higher customer engagement and better customer insights. A newly created role, you will have the chance to develop this system and make the role your own-as long as you are committed to ensuring customers receive accurate, prompt service.

The role will involve:

  • Managing the quotes inbox
  • Allocating quotes to the appropriate channel or department
  • Liaising with all areas of the business to understand timeframes
  • Communicating with Brokers regarding the quotes process
  • Recommending changes and identifying backlogs and blockages

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Come from an Insurance background - you need to be familiar with Insurance terminology
  • Thrive on task completion
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Be a master in time management
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be a team player
